Quality of the desserts is good, for lunch is ok. Not good, not bad. But the service is very slow. Probably i dont come because of that because is not the first time they are slow

Nice classy place to visit. A bit expensive, so there is an issue for value of money. It was a nice experience all in all.

Not enough waiting staff as needed, seems like they use this location to train waiters/waitresses, and once they are good enough send them on to other branches. Food is good but portion sizes in other branches are larger in some dishes - shame croissants have changed in quality&size was one of my faves in Doha.

Food was great, servers are friendly depends on who’s in charge. All in all, a great place for breakfast or for a takeaway coffee.

For me Paul used to be a synonym of great quality. That is why I was surprised when I asked for a croissant and the person at the till placed her entire palm (that was touching cash all day) in the paper bag to open it wide before putting my croissant it it(!!) It is not her fault of course, but the management’s, that allow this level of service quality and have not trained their staff as they should. Coffee was not good as well - very hot milk in the cappuccino - not sure what is the reason here but usually they are not able to prepare the milk in the right time and they keep warming it.

Good food but the service sometimes is slow

Good place to have your breakfast and it is a family place.

Best chocolate eclair, chocolate cream and sprinkles. Coffee divine.

I love Paul's food, but i dont like the service in this particular cafe. we've waited 15mins nobody took our orders. we've called the staff twice, only nodding their heads to come. Sad thing, there were couple's who came after us, and they took their orders right away.
